Welcome to RAS 2025 and AUS 2025!

We are thrilled to welcome you to the Regen Asia Summit 2025 (RAS 2025) and Asian Undergraduate Symposium 2025 (AUS 2025) —two incredible programmes that bring together bright minds from across the region to foster dialogue, innovation, and collaboration.

At RAS 2025, you will explore critical issues in sustainability and regeneration, engaging in insightful discussions with peers and experts alike. For those joining AUS 2025, prepare for an enriching journey of academic exchange, cultural immersion, and meaningful networking with students from diverse backgrounds.

We are proud to offer these programmes with full sponsorship, including meals and accommodations, ensuring you can focus entirely on the transformative experiences that lie ahead. For participants from Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar, airfare sponsorship is also available if you are attending AUS 2025 or both programmes.

This is your opportunity to contribute to impactful conversations, build lifelong connections, and create memories that will inspire you for years to come.

Once again, welcome to RAS 2025 and AUS 2025. We look forward to an extraordinary experience together!

Summit Application

Here are the key points for participating in Regen Asia Summit (RAS 2025) and Asian Undergraduate Symposium 2025 (AUS 2025):

General Application

  • Applicants can apply for both programmes or either one.
  • The programmes are fully sponsored, covering meals and accommodations during the programme duration.

Airfare Sponsorship

  • Airfare sponsorship is available only for citizens from Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar.
  • To qualify for airfare sponsorship, participants must apply for AUS 2025, either alone or in combination with RAS 2025.
    • Example: If a participant chooses RAS 2025 only, they do not qualify for airfare sponsorship.
    • If a participant chooses RAS 2025 + AUS 2025 or AUS 2025 only, they qualify for airfare sponsorship.
  • We would like to highlight that sponsorship is limited to students who meet all three criteria concurrently:
    • AUN Core Member University located within the Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar (CLM) region;
    • Citizenship in a Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar country
    • Participating in AUS

Accommodation Arrangements

  • RAS 2025 participants will stay at NUS Valour House.
  • AUS 2025 participants will stay at UTown.
  • Participants accepted for both programmes must move from NUS Valour House to UTown after RAS 2025 concludes.

Application Process and Results

  • Applications for both programmes are carefully reviewed by the organising committees.
  • Results will be announced by mid-April 2025.
